Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds and Replacements
We're proud to offer you 30 days to request an exchange or refund from the day you receive your order if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Once 30 days time has lapsed we can only offer exchanges and replacements for those who purchased extended warranties.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must also be returned in the original packaging without damage.
To return your product, email us at email@example.com. We process refunds as soon as we receive the returned product. However, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to display on your payment card statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For replacements, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to help you in case you're having trouble using the product. If necessary, we will gladly send you a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
JellyBunch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JellyBunch will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
